With age, I noticed that dairy products stopped being absorbed well, and my stomach began to swell significantly. I had to cut back on such products. I found some excellent enzymes for digesting milk from NOW, and I take one capsule as needed when consuming dairy. Digestion has noticeably improved, and I no longer experience bloating. This product digests milk perfectly. My tummy is less swollen, but I think to completely eliminate symptoms, you need to take two capsules at once instead of one. However, it’s still easier with them, and the effect is noticeable compared to when I go without them; my stomach feels like a balloon.
